The Ray was created to help shed light on current events through social and cultural commentary that encourages awareness, insight, and authentic discourse.

My inspiration comes from my desire to make sense of what’s happening in the world around me and the everyday moments of clarity that remind me of the power of perspective. 
 

I received my B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley and Master’s Degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California. ​
